  • PDS can generate and mail all donor thank you correspondence for the organization to remove this burden from your staff.
  • PDS will create a QuickBooks company file for your organization to reconcile with both bank statements for all accounts as well as the organization’s database. This extra layer of protection ensures that all financial activity is reported accurately with the FEC.
  • In addition to the regularly scheduled quarterly or monthly FEC reporting, PDS will manage and produce all FEC related documentation for the organization, including updated Statements of Organization (FEC Form 1), Statements of Candidacy (FEC Form 2), responses to FEC requests for additional information, re-attribution letters, re-designation letters, and employer/occupation follow-ups.
  • When applicable, PDS will provide direct mail related bluebook reporting so the organization can accurately track results of the mail program.
